CRS RICE BOWLS
Rice Bowls are available at the entrance of the church. Be sure to pick up your CRS Rice Bowl and use it throughout Lent to collect your family’s alms. Each Lent, Catholic families across the country unite to put their faith into action through prayer, fasting and almsgiving. Through CRS Rice Bowl, families learn about how our sisters and brothers across the globe overcome hardships like hunger and malnutrition, and how through Lenten alms, we have the power to make the world a better place for all.

Gratitude starts when you recognize that you have received a gift. What gifts of talent have you received and how can you share those gifts? Serving in a ministry at our parish helps us to encounter more closely the risen Christ. It makes a difference---to you, our parish, and our mission as a church. We ask that you prayerfully consider one or some ministries that engage your passion to share your time and talent in service to the mission of our church.
Please fill out the enclosed Talent/Ministry flyer that will be mailed to you this week; the flyer will also be available at the pews and at the entrance of the church. Please follow the instructions on the flyer and return the completed flyer by mail or collection basket. You are encouraged to take this next step in your faith journey. Your time and talents are God’s gift to you. How will you use it for Him to carry out the mission of the Church? The answer is your action.
