Dear Parishioners



The objective of Pope St. John XXIII Adult Catechism Class is to stimulate your faith and empower you to develop a closer relationship with God.

Within each person lies an internal desire for God, a deep yearning for the holy and the good. Whenever two or more of us gather in the name of Jesus, we are promised that Christ is in our midst.

You are welcome to come and explore the richness of our Catholic faith and learn to apply it more fully in your lives. We use the Catechism of the Catholic  Church, the Bible, and Sacred Traditions for study, prayer, and meditation.

Dear Friends, reading isn’t enough. If Scripture remains just words on a page, our work is not done. We need to understand and meditate on the message at Mass, bring the homily home and put it into action in our lives. Only then can the word be “living and effective” and become the Catholic you want to be.

The Apostle Thomas asked Jesus at the Last Supper, “Master, we do not know where you are going: how can we know the way?” Jesus replied, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you know me, then you will also know my Father.”

Class starts on Sept 9 and meets each Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30
